Upon James' arrival to the MSA Team, he has displayed professionalism, teamwork, extensive knowledge in the industry, and leadership. James is an exemplary example to other MSA team members, does more than maintenance, and has contributed much to the Authority. James is an intricate part in developing an asset management and preventative maintenance program, has recruited multiple employees and continues to support other staff helping them obtain necessary certifications. Much of the work he has done, has made the Authority more self-sufficient by eliminating the need to contract out work as he trains others on the equipment and procedures such as with the land application process and major equipment repairs. His land application process is even one that DEQ uses as a good example for others to follow.
